Opal Anniversary
24 years together! Next year a full QUARTER OF A CENTURY the big silver anniversary!
I was so pleased to see what this years anniversary is called.
Why?
Opal is one of my Grandmothers names. The other is Pearl.

Love goes on and on
March is always a joy to look forwards to with the Bounding !!
Today's theme is Robin Hood and "the books that Made Disney (World Book Day) "
Which is perfect.
Robin Hood is Adar's favorite Disney Movie! So we're doing Robin and Marion, only with a double bound twist. The outfit I chose to put him in is loosely based on what Brendan Fraser wore in the first Mummy movie. So I decided to bound Evie AND Marie.

Once again there is change up for this year in that the official prompts Once again only have half a month Saffron has kindly posted the other half she had done all month as she wasn't sure if the official ones where coming out. I..might know some of them and will blend both at times.

Sadly Contraptions store is not quite yet open so I cant show anything Walton is selling from the sim but I'm hoping for that big Corpse flower! The build does have a whole lot of great designers and stores to go into. I'm still contemplating getting Aii's just gorgeous and amazing Naga, it comes with so many add ons and people are doing amazing things with it!

Lets move into the things I do have though! Well in this case Adar has it, and it is this super sexy outfit by Somnium called Young Regent. Its gonna make any guy look SOOOOO good.

This outfit by Raven Bell is really just amazing. The Lorien Harem Pants and Top, sold separately. it SPARKLES, it Shimmers! It comes in SO MANY colors and sparkles!

Grasshopper Street is quickly becoming a favorite for period clothing. Their Louise Dress was perfect to match to one of their relay offerings this year! They have a whole slew of accessories themed around the Corpse Flower! I matched the dress with the Corpse Flower Circlet. There's also a hat for the gents!

I have been drooling over this gown since I first saw a friend wearing it. The Lilyveil gown by Stoic isn't new to the faire but there IS a faire color exclusive hud to get! Just, be sure to also buy the dress. But its WORTH it, you can't see the butterfly bow in the back. Different parts of the gown are effected

Zan's once again made a marvelous set of outfits. This year he did a whole stunning Peacock theme. I grabbed the Purple for relay but there is also peacock blue and Albino styles!

I had a crank day and wasn't feeling very well so I did not get as many items photographed as I would like.

Understandably Izumo has a lot of Asian styles on it and here is Adar and I in two different outfits! He has on an absolutely gorgeous outfit by [SOSE] Called Kaiser and it really just...looks super good on him. Meanwhile I have on Rin in sakura by Adeyakko

Here I have on AZUL's Uzme gown which has additional flexi sleeves but they kept clipping so I took them off. you can tell but it also has this lovely gradient from puple to a purple pink at the bottom, AND the little hair pick came with it! I also am wearing Schelm's water drop necklace which is a lovely little beaded necklace made to look like floating drops.

And the last shot is Adar in ONEDAYs - Xia Lian. Another great looking robe and the sword is a sim gift you can get under the dragon heads. The Orochi Sword.

Mire of Whispers has one of my top ten Favorte shops as its sponsor and Petrichor was VERY generous with their blogger box, plus I bought some things. So..uuhh this post is mostly Petrichor, but there are some others! And while there is Decor on this sim I've got so many outfits I skipped over decor

Now to start with is a set of MUSHROOM outfits by [Faunus], their Mycelia and Mycelium sets. I have on Mycelia and Adar has on Mycelium. I think both are great! I love mushrooms so much and squealed when I saw these. You can also get the hats on their own. They come with wings but I didn't put them on either of us.

Now we get into all the Petrichor outfits. The body tattoo is Koerianin in the Irren color, the outfit is Filaia. My horns are Ostrae and the orb is Loridae Orbs. These are all in a special Relay only color, except the tatoo which is one I picked to match. The horns have a strand of hair wrapped around it! which is a great touch. The outfit has feathers on it and its so feminine.

Next up for an all Petrichor outfit The staff is Keroana Staff the outfit is Celesia and the horns and head piece are Halle. I really like the celestial pattern on the outfit and the headpiece and dangly bits on the horns. The staff comes with a lot of poses and has a hud to change a lot of things.

Moving away from Petrichor for a moment. The only thing I'm showing off in this outfit is this AMAZING animated cape by Starlight Designs called River Cape Spring Edition. It is stunning and has a running water animated texture on it. There is also a winter version of it.

Back to my last Petrichor outfit The legs, arms, torso and neck are their newest limb set Korvae Thorvare . Its got roses inside instead of crystals or fish! Well there are tiny animated fish but the focus are roses and thorns. The horns crown and bindi are Lania The orb, hand thing is Phasia and theres a LOT more to this pack. .The outfit itself is by Ariendel and while I am not wearing it as such as you can turn bits invisible it would work WONDERFULLY as a top for a Mermaid.

My last outfit and its NOT by Petrichor is by Birch Forest and is their Gnollish Leathers, quite a few patterns for it and looks so soft and comfy. The tattoo is by K9nnor called Mossy Coat with the feather/leave attachments I have on are Growth Set. There is one bit of the leaves that animate and circle about you.

Some great shops here, You can buy parts of the sim build including that fabulous Eclipse EEP! There is also a great were-bat avatar in Quills & Curiosities shop that I didn't get but I DO encourage you to check out. Several Pose shops and just lots of great stuff to check out.

Lets get into showing off many of the items of our great Nox Aeterna designrs! Firstly I'm wearing Madeleine by Poets Heart . It's got a hud for many color choices and you can mix and match the colors, pattern or no matter and versions areas! I love it. The crown on my head is by PANIQ and its called the Celestial Night Crown. It has a still version and one that turns about. It also has a color change hud and I love how delicate it is.
And..you can't...really see it due to the pose and I only just now noticed that...WELP OOPS
And speaking of the pose it is by Mysteria x PANIQ and called Danza De Le Luna and comes with the moon blade props. I really love it its so unusual.

Adar is showing of the Sun part of Nox Aeterna's EEP by Quills & Curiosities. His outfit is also by them, The jacket is their Fledermaus Frock and the pants are Cryptdweller Bottoms. The fabrics textures are so well done for these and I love the range of colors it comes in and the different parts it can change.

My next outfit is by Vanilla Cloud called the thirsty dress. I love the delicate lace shirt. The pose is another by Mysteria x PANIQ called Moon Mystik. The moons shift in size and number in different poses. Its really fun!

The last outfit, Nergal, comes in male and female and so Adar is showing off the male version is by Poets Heart. Again its got lots of different bits to color change and the female version comes with extra bits for modesty. The halo is also a part of it!
His pose is from a shop in Obsidian Sanctum. Called The White Wolf it's by Poseidon .

Moving onto some decor items the three ghosts are by Zen Child Designs and it's their Shambles Ghost "Nancy" "Denise" and "Dorothy" . They come in two sizes but it's also resizable.
The banner and Altar are both by PANIQ. The altar is the Nox Numen Altar and the banners are Nox Numen Banner. Color variants and hud changes! Very well done.

Lets start out with this sumptuous quasi-Elizabethan gown by Rakshasa called Raina. Its so very lush. Many color and texture choices! I really loved this one.

Next up another gown by Rakshasa, a much more simpler and rustic one then the other. This one is called Yrsa, and also comes with a choice of colors. It would be quite good for a peasant roleplay.
The pose I am using is from UZME_Poses and is their Sorcerer Set#1. The set is a great looking set and comes with many attachable props!

The first of two photos of Adar and I. We are using the pose by [Aelithe] called The Monarchy, it comes in two versions, one with and one with out the goblets!
I'm wearing a gown by Ruxy called Maira. the gold bits on the bodice look like branches and its very elven. Adar is wearing a doublet and pants by Rakshasa called Callan, and I really kinda want to make him this Doublet for real. Its SO nice!

This is the photo that took me an hour to take, due to three crashes and a LOT of adjusting of poses. Adar is in his Prehistorica: The Dawn Kingdoms Core Dragon avatar. Which you can get it in Obsidian.
I'm wearing another outfit by Ruxy called Talena. Its way out of my comfort zone for clothing but still nice! The rose pins are my favorite part. I also did have to add some undies to it from another outfit to not be flashing the sim as well and you can see the hip straps for that. I do not remember where they are from though.

I was so annoyed after taking the dragon photo with Adar that I kinda just..threw down a few Decor items to be done with. BUT the ones I did do are amazing. First off these eggs, which you can sit in and bust out of. Lots of sizes AND theres a full perm version if you want the broken bits and textures to use as decor. They are by [op] onyx pixel and are called Hatching Dragon Eggs
But the more important item.... STRIFECLAW PLUSHIES AAAJSDKHAJHSDJAHD!!
They are by {MYTHIC} and theres a third one we'll see later when I get to the sim {MYTHIC}'s main Fantasy faire shop is in. I blogged these now as this is the Children of Stories area!

A Shopping Region
As you venture into Obsidian Sanctum you find yourself wandering the passages and spaces of the great ruling Dragon Council and its myriad of messengers of all origins and species. Here you will come across a lava lake that surrounds the great central hall, dragon roosts carved into the deep black obsidian rock of the inner walls of the volcanic caldera, and if you are very lucky you may even stumble into a vault of treasure. But fear not, the dragons of this land have sworn not to eat any of the messengers and visitors so you are free to explore the wonders of this landscape of smooth black stone and molten lava.

Stepping out of a stone tunnel into another firey stony realm. This one less alien and more....Draconic! The giant lizards can be seen about the edges of the volcano roaring a greeting to visitors. A tiered arena filled with seats and rooms encircles around.
Theres lots of hidden area to find. Treasure chambers, meetting chambers, Egg chambers AND a spot for the Children of Stories! We are having an abbreviated story this year due to some Real life reasons on organizers side but Its still happening over the weekend! Read more here!
Explore! Dance with Dragons! there might be a region quest later I dunno. Just have a good time and don't get chomped!

It's the Heart of Atlantis.
It's March and that means time for the annual month of Disney bounding! I'm recovering from the flu so I'm kinda, doing the ones I feel like instead of them ALL.
There's a change up for this year in that the official prompts only have half a month but the group I do it with have worked out other themes just for us! Saff posted them here
We are almost to the end of the Disney Era's with the The Experimental Era.
Adar's second favorite Disney movie is Atlantis, so cause I love him I picked Milo and Kida to bound.

Golly what a Day
It's March and that means time for the annual month of Disney bounding! I'm recovering from the flu so I'm kinda, doing the ones I feel like instead of them ALL.

Today we are visiting The bronze era For the bound and seeing as my husbands favorite Disney movie was among them of COURSE I had to do that one. So I picked Robin Hood and Little John to bound.
Why not Robin and Marion? Cause me as John is FUNNY.
