This year my posting of Fantasy Faire started with a dream of Junction. and now its time for Junction to drift into the Mists once more. Becoming just a dream again.
But Junction will rise once more from the Mist and bring with it new worlds to explore and fall in love with in 11 months time. And we will spend that 11 months dreaming of it and how we can help Fight the Unweaver and eliminate the Cancer he brings. Till then we keep dreaming of her.
This year my Faire started with me being preforming for the first time! With Merryjests Wonders show! *photos* and a *video* . It was great fun even if it was mostly standing backstage. But hey, thats theater for you!
This year the annual Kids Roleplay was a little short for a few reasons and almost didn't happen. But the Fantasy roleplay sim Astrium stepped in to make sure something happened! And so that is how we got The Travelers - The Echowrite Quill Which you can read about on the link there and see my photos from it at this link. I'd like to thank Astrium for doing this so last moment and it was still fun!
Now I did miss out on a bus ride this year, not sure how that happened, I'm blaming the power outage we had on that. Nearly three days with out electricity! I Missed Beltane! It also took out some of my planned time to chill and go to shows and things! So I do feel I missed out on a lot of things I did get a few random photos though *link*
I also did a thing halfway through faire that I don't know how many noticed! I'll be making a post about that later this week. But it was TOTALLY MerryJests Fault!
And of course we had the annual year in Meeting. It was totally not a rave. And I did not dress as Jem for it! Photos of the meeting are at here
Some of the regions added things to their build over the run and I took a walk about to try to get photos of those after the faire was closed to the public. You can see those here
Being in Junction as the sims are sent back to the Mist is a lovely special tradition Ive grown to look forwards to. Though this year Junction had a bit of a fit and crashed everyone three times before being officially sent to the mist! Now to prep for my 23rd Wedding Anniversary on June 1st and for Relay Weekend on June 7th & 8th. I think I may be the main person making Steelheads camp sight this year. ..thats not nerve wracking or anything...
