I kinda half did this weeks color. I was out of town..again, over the weekend, Trip to my parents. Got back on Tuesday. Then Wednesday I was just lazy about getting this up.

The sim I chose is nice, its a year round Renaissance faire..kinda.. As someone that works at Ren faires it could be worse it could be better. BUT anyway, its got some nice stores and a hunt is going on right now.

Saturday is the start of December, which is the start of my annual holiday image a day Advent I do. Which means The color posts WILL BE ON TIME this month! But I have not decided yet if I will combine them with the holiday image or not. Some I may some I may not. And you'll be seeing more of Adar for the holiday images. I found some nice outfits for him! Turlock however fussed at me for taking him out of his Iron Lantern outfit in the thanksgiving image :P so no holiday images of HIM bah!

For the countdown images, If I do them for the 52 weeks, or show more then just the one photo, like explore the sim, they will have style credits, but if its just the one image, No credits, but if you see something you want to know about, ask away! I'm just lazy and don't feel like remembering all that info for posting EVERY day!

Had some issues finding an outfit for this weeks color. Till I remembered I never picked up this outfit by Caverna Obscura and that it would be a great fit. Even if its more the trim on the corset then the rest of the outfit :P I LOVE the touches of bright blue on it!

And it needed a fitting setting, so I put in Desert into the destination guide search and it took me to the Kingdom of Sand. A role playing sim on an adult region. I did not see any adult activities but then I wasn't looking. And didn't go down EVERY street and alley!

The build is amazing and breathtaking, do grab a visitors tag and go exploring just for the build! And if your into this sort of RP it looks like a great system. Very immersive and well done. So check it out!

HAH look I went someplace and didn't half do this one! I'm feeling less stressed right now with less to do so Secondlife is more appealing! Woot!

For Juniper I explored an art sim by Romy Nayar, who also created the Magic frogs build I went to a while back. Tim's Dreams is an eclectic mix of vignettes that are meant to be the dreams of a little boy named Tim. Some scary, some beautiful, and some just weird.

I have no excuse for this post being THIS late other then sheer utter lazy on my part. I've never been this late with out a reason before and I feel all UGH over it. Maybe I'm getting burnt out or something but I will be finishing the challenge as well as doing my usual Advent countdown in December.


I'm not sure if the maze is still up in the form I took the photos in. The Bad Bella items I am wearing are prizes from getting to the end of it. There is always a maze there it just may not be like this!

I, am more pleased with how this turned out then I likely should be. But when I saw the color I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it.

It took a few tries to get it done. The mesh outfit I tried at first was naked, so I had to buy a full prim one for the clothing, Then IT turned out to be no mod so that was useless. I found a different one that was mod, and chose to just use it on its own instead of it and the mesh one.

Then I pulled out the prim bits of my avatar in white and mucked with the transparency. Which meant a bit more modding then I expected as it made all the different tail positions visible! And the tinting eye issue I had cropped up with this as well. I ended up deleting the blinking script, which makes my eyes closed all the time. Not that you can really tell. And then I needed a white hair to turn transparent as blond still looks yellow.

But you see the results. LOVE it.

For the location I wanted one of the many haunted places that crop up this time of the year. I do hope this one sticks around a bit longer. I had a lot of fun at it. You get given a hud preloader and told a bit of what to expect. And that its really a place for one person to go through alone. Which I found out was Very true as some people showed up and their huds triggered stuff with mine and it got all a muddle. I ended up finding the exit before I think I should have.

But I enjoyed the loose storyline while there, and its quite interactive and fun! Do go for a visit!

And be careful what wind light you use, I used one for a bit that turned white transparent things red, full bright fixed the red cast though.

My get up and go, pretty much got up and went this week and still hasn't really returned. I am pretty much forcing myself to make this post real quick. I need to catch my get up and go and get it back to GOING soon. UGH. I hate feeling run down and not wanting to do jack squat. The Irony of this is I had this color ready to GO since last Thursday! Before I made the post for 41!! OYE!!

Anyway..

The pig was totally necessary to be in the top shot. Why? Because I say so!


The build I went to for this color was on the split screen sims and will go away soonish. By the end of the month I believe. It's a simple little build but I enjoyed it. Did not notice I was given a folder of props, including an umbrella, till I was back home. So watch for that when you arrive!

Turn your music off and your sound up, there are sound files. And use one of the two recommended wind lights! It made it all the more immersive. I changed mine from one to the other after a bit.
