which looks vaguely different at each park. I went with the gold bronzy version with all the planets.

Which is why I'm in a planetarium. We'll not talk about how long i had to sit and wait for the planets to get in decent spots to get a lot of em in shot.

I chose to bound one of the Citizens Of Hollywood from the park. Which is a group of Improv actors that show up on the streets to have skits and interact with guests.

Disney also calls them Streetmosphere. But I...as a person that works Renfaires... think of them as a Lane act or Street character.

I chose to bound Mimi Kaboom as her colors looked fun! On researching her though I learned that she no longer shows up at the park as the actress that portrayed her has passed on. And they chose not to recast her out of respect.

She would apparently hold husband auditions and was well loved by her cast mates and regular park goers.

Today's Disneybound theme is the Great Movie Ride!

This is a fabulous ride that used to be at the Disney Studios park that took you through a history of Film with some great scenes from some HUGE films, not only Disney but others.

It was sadly removed a few years ago. But the memory remains!

I chose to represent it by bounding as Dorthy as the Wizard of Oz scene is one of the highlights of the ride! I had so many choices for it! I could have even picked something from two movies that ended up not being made a part but had been planned! As I recently learned that Ghostbusters and Young Frankenstein both had originally been meant to show up! Link for info on that

I wanted to do something a bit less, plaid and country so I picked some of that area of the parks colors to give it a more modern twist.

I really wanted to take a photo for this in the Tombstone Rp sims but I just could not find any rules about ooc vistors and photos so I had to find a less in the exact theme but sorta in the theme to Frontierland sim. Its still a nice looking sim just not quite as cowboy as Tombstone is. Little more adobe houses then wooden.

So today on Disney+ Pixar's Turning Red was released to streaming, dunno why not to theaters but what have you.

Todays theme is FantasyLand.

I knew exactly what I was going to do as the outfit is just, perfection, for this ride that is one of the centerpieces and oldest rides at Disney.

Cinderella's Golden Carousel.

Or these days at Disney world its being called Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, not sure what its called at the other parks but they all have one!

I love Carousels I always have. theres something just magical about them all on their own. The horses, the music, the lights, the art just....so amazing.

And to make them more "magical" if not for them we'd not have the parks as Disney was inspired to build the parks due to one!

You Rely Too Much On Technology.

Today is International Women's day and to honor that the theme for todays bound is the Women of Marvel.


I took it a few steps more and chose a Character that also brings in representation of both those with Disabilities and Indigenous women.

Maya Lopez AKA Echo, who entered the MCU last December in the Disney+ show Hawkeye. But has been in the comics for a while. Of course there are differences between the two incarnations. She is Deaf and Native American.

She was not easy to work out a bound due to how modern and casual her MCU outfit is. In the show she doesn't use the hand print on her face like in the comics so I chose to add that to help not look so, Black widowy, and since I cant add it to my face like it should be I put it on my chest. I also changed it to Red instead of white to represent the Missing and murdered Indigenous women movement. Which ALSO is meant to be on the face but...yeah.

Halcyon days are ahead

Yesterday the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Opened for its "maiden voyage" or really officially opened after several press and VIP previews. Its a hotel but not a normal one. Instead its a two day interactive adventure where you are meant to pretend to be on a REAL star cruiser and interact with the cast in various ways. Very immersive. Also very expensive but its also all inclusive. rooms, food, one day park pass, and entertainment.

I poked over the new Star Wars Charaters created for it *dont worry there are also known ones on it! * and picked Ouannii to bound. I dunno, she just seems Sassy and colorful.
