Tangleshimmer Grove is a calm peaceful woods, with a wide stream running through it. It was a nice rest after the last stunning sims. Breathtaking in its own simplified way. And it has a fairy mushroom circle so that makes it a great sim! I like the pink trees at each entrance, and the winding stream has lovely lotus flowers in it.
And as I am sitting on a purple mushroom in Tangleshimmer, writing this post, listening to Fantasy faire radio. I learned that a beloved resident of Second Life, Soliel Snook, lost her fight to cancer just this past Friday. A sad reminder of WHY we do this, Why Fantasy Faire exists, why we Relay. To find that cure, so that no one has to hear the words "You have cancer" with fear anymore.
We WILL win this battle! And it is through the help of Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society that it will happen. But we will do it having fun and making others simple and feel loved and cared for. Which is what Fantasy faire does. Brings magic to the fight. So far just in three and a half days Fantasy Faire 2015 has raised around $13,631 USD for RFL. And this years Total so far for Relay for Life of Second Life is $151,225 US.
