Today's theme is A Character from the very first Disney film you saw.

Which I honestly cant remember exactly. My Mum Says it was Bambi but I have no memory of that.

What I DO have memory of is Mary Poppins on the TV. And since it was a LONG movie one year my mum said we had to pick a scene and then we could stay up to that one then we had to sleep.

I said "when the parrot talks"

The parrot umbrella talks at the END of the movie.

That only worked one year lol. Thankfully they also started airing it over two nights. Then I got old enough to stay up long enough.

This particular short was important as it was Disney's first attempt at trying to animate a realistic human while prepping to make Snow White, which, didn't work so well. Still a wee bit rubber hosey. But it told them what they needed to learn!

I've only see a few eps of Stranger things, but I am an 80's baby so lol. I went with a disney movie that came out in the 80's and was a favorite. Flight of the Navigator! Adar I suggested I bound the ship Max. And this outfit I found is giving me some 80s mad max vibes so I thought it fit. Toss it with a VERY shiney inside background and there you have it!
