Today's prompt for the Disneybound is Pixar
I looked at the list of Pixar Charaters for a while, THEN I remembered I had this hair and the rest fell in place.
Edna Mode from the Incredible movies.
Its still a little tricky one as modern chars are far to easy to just end up cosplaying and not bounding. But I feel I got the essence of Edna with out being a cosplay.
