Spirit Valley of Kuruk by Loki Eliot.
Once there was a brave bear who did a terrible thing. So bad was this thing that the gods were shocked and cursed him by turning his heart to ice and disfiguring him into a monstrous Yeti.
But the Yeti’s new form became so big and powerful that he started to eat all others in the valley. The Bear tribes called upon the gods who sent the spirits of the rock to aid them. Eventually the Yeti was defeated and turned into stone now known as the Chenoo Rock which stands in the centre of the valley.
Since then the bears have left their warrior past and become dedicated to worship the memory of the Rock spirits.

To say this sim is breathtaking is, an understatement. When you come in from either of the other sims and then get to the edge of the path and then just look DOWN, its a sight not often seen in SL. Sims are not built like this one with a deep valley! Strifeclaw took me to go see it before the faire opened and nudged me into just the right way and I was AWED by it.

You start out on a mountain path and then the valley opens up before you. With the mountains rising up on all sides. A stream runs throughit from a falls into a cave. and its just...so beautiful.

Scattered about the sim are Bears and stones with paws on them. click the bear to have it talk at you and click the stone with the paw on it and accept the experience and you will learn the story of the valley. And theres a lot of them but its worth it!

This was the sim that had the Roleplay I took part in this year The Grizzly Cubs at Spirit Valley of Kuruk I made every day of it except the first Sunday and you can see my photos taken of it at this link , and read the story we told at this link here . And to see a vidoe of the big ending, complete with the music played over Fantasy faire Radio click here! We raised over a million Linden with the events and the ending was amazing and powerful. I can't wait to see what we do next year!

Please enjoy these photos that do NOT do it justice. Go visit it while you can! One week left!

You can see all my photos of the sim at this link here
